When will African nationals will realize that they don’t need to ask for investment; it will come automatically if they can just improve their law and order situation.

Private investors are only interested in profit and safety of their investments. If African nations can provide it then private investors will be asking for permission; otherwise how much they seek private investors won’t risk their hard-earned money.
