Beijing, April 09: Even as the Olympic torch reaches San Francisco on Wednesday amidst pro-Tibet protests, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown has decided not to attend the opening ceremony of the Beijing Summer Olympics, a spokeswoman said Wednesday.
